kitchen inventory

You've booked your stay at Pinetree Chalet... now you want to check out the kitchen supplies to prepare your perfect meal.  Here is a handy inventory list to help you out (pictures below). 


appliances

- Fridge:  stainless steel, 25 c.f. with freezer, french doors

- Oven: stainless steel double oven with convection.  4-place ceramic stove top + warmer

- Dishwasher:  Bosch, 3-racks, very quiet, stainless steel interior and exterior

- Garbage Compactor:  please read Guidelines for use.

- Recycling area:  2 large bins

- Microwave: melt, soften, popcorn, defrost. With convection oven (see Operational Guidelines)

- Toaster & convection oven:  6 slices or small containers

- Waffle maker:  double Belgium-style, also has pump oil sprayer

- Garburator

- Blender

- Mixer:  KitchenAid standing with 2 bowls, plus small hand mixer

- Cordless water kettle
- Coffee maker: 10-cup with thermal carafe

- Espresso/cappuccino maker:  up to 2 cups at a time

- Coffee Grinder: small, non-commercial

- Griddle electric

- Barbeque: propane (for use outdoors)

  2 slotted metal; Set of 2 slotted & 2 non-slotted spoons & whisk; spoon rests (2)

- Gadgets: corkscrew, melon baller, 2 can openers, ice cream scoop, pasta tool, rolling pin,

   2 large forks, 2 potato mashers, whisk, 4 peelers, 2 scissors

- Knives – 9 paring, 2 bread carving, 3 santuko, 6 steak, 3 small-medium, 6 chef / carving

- Bowls (cooking/serving): Metal: 2 x-large, 2 large, 2 med, 4 small; 5-piece nesting set 
Ceramic: 1 large, 1 med

  Glass: medium

  Variable availability may include: garlic, pepper, onion, celery, paprika, rosemary, ginger, cumin,

   cinnamon, chili powder, coriander, marjoram, thyme, oregano, basil, parsley, Italian, chives.

- Plastic wrap & wax paper: may be available

- Tray for serving

- Wine rack: 3 wine racks hold a total of 11 bottles;

- Barbeque tools: fork, metal spatula, tongs, metal cleaner

- Cleaning: dishwasher detergent, dish soap, brushes, sponges, misc. cleaning products & cloths

Note:  we provide a supply of eco-friendly cleaning rags.  If you prefer paper towels please provide them.
