Larger groups who want to spread out over 4000+ square feet may add both Lodgepole Hideaway and the Sugar Pine Suite to a Main House booking. Provides separate spaces with the convenience of staying together and gathering under one roof.

How to Book Your Stay: 

1. Tell Us About Your Group
   Share your group details and dates to see rates for your stay.  We’re happy to help you select the right combination of spaces to meet your needs — just ask.
   
   HINT: longer stays = lower nightly rates. Our calendar shows availability.

2. Select Your Payment Option
   We'll send you the reservation paperwork that offers a variety of payment methods, including:

   • Fee-free: eTransfer, cheque, or cash

   • Processing Fees: credit card or wire transfer

3. Book Direct for the Best Rates
   Booking directly with us means there are no third-party fees.

   • Final Clean Included
     When you book directly, the final cleaning is included.
