  A large bonus room with Smart TV, DVD player and bathroom. Inside access to the main house.  At bedtime, chaise sofas convert into two double-xl beds and a twin pull-out, offering extra flexibility for your group of up to 12 guests. 

• Add Sugar Pine Suite
  Up to 16 Guests • Two More Bedrooms • More Living Areas
  This self-contained suite has two queen bedrooms - and optional twin beds. for a total of 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms.  It's ideal for guests who prefer more space or privacy while staying close to the group.  When added to the main house it expands the capacity to 16 guests.
