The Sugar Pine Suite may be added to a Main House booking, booked separately when Main House guests have not reserved it, or within 30 days of arrival.
Hot Tub: exclusive use during "odd hours".
Suite and Main House are accessed by covered outdoor stairs. No inside access.
The "fine print":
Long weekends have a 3 night minimum (ask for a quote).
Final clean is included in the rate.
